Indygal is on a Mission

I'm running a one woman campaign to get all the banks in Sri Lanka to agree to exchange Scottish notes and to give the same rate as they do for English notes. If you've been following the blog you'll have read of my annoyance when I couldn't change my notes. I started today by writing to one of the banks and I've had a reply already.
